I took our dog, Mickey to STATVet on a Tuesday night for a cut on his torso. They took such good care of him and did a great job on the suture and he healed up just fine! Very happy with the care and the way the staff was all around. They even sent the visit report to our vet! Highly recommend if you have a pet emergency!

Very friendly staff, thorough and detailed exam. Multiple payment options and not pushy to try to make you accept a treatment you can’t afford. Will take time to go over details and options. Allowed us to watch what they did to our fur baby through the process of making her feel better. No long waiting and the Dr was very quick to come in, talk to us and explain her professional opinions. Highly recommend this place.

Also, HUGE shoutout to Stefani, the nurse who cared for my sweet fur baby. Went in to STATVet for the first time today after my dog fell and fractured her nail. Her paw was bleeding pretty profusely and I was completely panicked when I came in. All of the ladies were so sweet to me and honestly they got to us quickly even though it was a busy Saturday and my issue wasn’t a true emergency. She needed to be sedated which caused me to panic even further but Leanne (I hope I’m remembering her name correctly) was our vet tech and she made talked me through everything and helped put my mind at ease.
They took much less time to remove her nail than anticipated and they even refunded 20% of what I paid because they didn’t use all of the medication/labor in the quote. Of course I wouldn’t have known either way so I thought that was really trustworthy and kind.
I just wanted to say thank you to the lovely team and I’ll recommend you in the future!

Oh my goodness I can't say enough good about this place!! I came home from work and found my baby unresponsive. They got me in right away and did such a great job taking care of my boy! Dr Cackler was wonderful and let me watch his ultrasound. She really listened to my concerns, explained everything, and patiently answered all my questions. Leanne was the best Tech in the world! I work in the Veterinary field and she let me help with my own pet, something I appreciate immensely!! Their prices were so reasonable and much less than I was expecting to pay. We didn't find out what was wrong but more importantly we ruled out the worst things and made sure he was stable. I really appreciated that even though there was no medical indication they respected my mothers intuition and gave an injection for an allergic reaction. He's almost entirely back to normal now and I could get some sleep last night knowing my baby was going to be here this morning! THANK YOU STATVET!!!!

Absolutely wonderful staff!! The facility is super nice and very clean...they were amazing in their efforts to take care of my cat. We brought her in with 106 degree temperature & they went right to work in figuring out what was going on. We felt like family soon as we came in. The Doctor was Amazing as well, very informative in explaining what needed to be done and why. They were upfront with the cost for everything and I felt that it was very reasonable for what all she needed, I had a very sick cat and she is doing much better now. We will definitely keep them in mind for the future! Thank you!!

Dr. Cackler and her team are the best. They treated my senior dog with thoughtful care, beginning by offering a blanket for her to lay on while we waited. My dog ended up needing emergency surgery and the team helped guide me through payment options. They were kind during a very stressful situation and I felt comfortable leaving my dog in their care. I had a lot of questions and they were very patient with me. I’m so thankful for STATVet, they saved my dogs life.

I took my sweet little chunk, Lucinda, in yesterday for alarming GI issues. All of the staff were amazing—very friendly and very competent... Everything was made crystal clear multiple times before proceeding with the treatment. The Dr herself treated us PHENOMENALLY, and I am so beyond appreciative for her. We had quite the Labor Day weekend scare when our little girl managed to get and swallow a plum pit. Over the course of two days, we couldn’t have asked for a better staff of nurses and doctor to take care of her. Dr. Cackler was extremely thorough and went over all options with us and tried alternative routes before we ultimately decided to go to surgical removal. I cannot say enough about the nurses who were so sweet and gentle and for everyone keeping us informed every step of the way. The fact that they put in windows so you can see the treatment of your pet when they take them “back” spoke volumes to me! I cannot recommend Dr. Cackler and her staff and facility enough! Thank you for everything and even for the fun artwork you did for Dali on her medicine bag! 🤣❤️ 🐾

I took my cat in for a cut on her leg a couple weeks ago and she ended up needing a staple for it. The staff was really kind and made me feel comfortable during the whole process!! I did have to wait a bit, but that was expected since my cat didn’t need immediate care. We were there about an hour & 45 minutes. The facility was also really clean, and I appreciated the tech letting me know costs ahead of the small procedure. I left feeling informed about home aftercare and really satisfied with the experience. Definitely recommend STATVet and Dr. Cackler if your fur baby has a minor emergency 😊

I have thankfully never needed to utilize an urgent care for my dog until yesterday, and STAT more than exceeded my expectations for his care. In addition to his treatment needed, every single employee we came in contact with was genuinely kind and it is very evident that they truly care about the fur babies that are brought in. I could go on, but in short I wish they were a primary care!
