STATVet Animal Urgent Care is seeking to add Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, RVTs, and Veterinary Assistants to our new Urgent Care-exclusive, small animal practice. Veterinarians diagnose, prescribe, and perform surgery – STATVet team members do everything else!

 

As a Veterinary Urgent Care, STATVet sees a wide variety of illnesses and injuries in dogs and cats. We do not offer wellness care (no vaccinations, spays/neuters, or dentistries). With 5 exam rooms, an OR, IDEXX digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house IDEXX bloodwork/lab, STATVet can diagnose and treat most urgent care and minor emergency cases. We do a large number of sedated and anesthetized procedures, including laceration repairs, wound management, and emergency abdominal surgeries. We do not offer overnight hospitalization, so very critical patients are referred to 24hr facilities. We strive to leave on time at the end of the shift and may limit the caseload when it’s very busy in order to do so.
